Came out in March to look at the windows we had. They said that with the old wood in the house they would rather put in replacement windows rather than a complete window. The installation took a little over a day and that was 4 years ago. We have had no problem with the the windows or the installation. Replacement windows

Victor was very professional and saw right away what needed doing to the patio window. He explained clearly why the window was sticking and told us thatto replace the patio windows would be a waste of money. But the window would not close right, so he took off a side piece, cleaned it up and adjusted it and used a drill to screw down all the screws tight. It did the trick! Victor came out and told me the problem was with bad exterior caulking around certain windows. He advised me on what professional grade caulking could fix the job - since brands in home depot etc would fail like the ones put around the new windows by the previous owner - (and how to do it). He also gave me estimates on replacing old windows. That was a bigger job than I needed, but I followed his advice on the caulk and the windows stopped leaking.
