I am so impressed by the service we have received using Loan Simple. We have never had a loan company that went over & above like they did. As a nervous and anxious first time home buyer I could not believe how simple and helpful loan simple was with the house buying process. From beginning to end they were in constant contact and made every effort to answer all of our questions. They texted which was very convenient and gave me information on our loan as is became available. This was very quick and I stand behind loan simple 100%.
The entire experience was perfect. We had never done this before and Scott and his team were there at every turn. Initially we contacted Loan Simple via Zillow. We were very nervous about approaching a loan this way. Sarah responded immediately. We then began working with Chris and his response times were excellent. We were able to contact them immediately when we had questions or concerns.
It was a pleasure working with Matt and Tammy and their entire team. They made sure we stayed on task to complete the loan on our expected closing date. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
