From the very start the team was very focused on what the next step is before it was due. Minimal hickups during this process that wasn't in their control, but didn't affect the loan. The only issue I had is I had to prove my income multiple times, including hours worked and pay per hour, even though my paystubs I supplied had that information. Always returned calls and sent several updates to my loan via email. Great working with you and your team. I was with another leaner and was 5 days before closing when someone noticed they never ordered an appraisal. They wouldn't return calls or email. Scott and his team were always on top of things and I'll always come back to them.
