My first time home buy experience, and I don't get the same bad experience as my friends' had from other lender. I am satisfied with their overall service, they guide me from the start until the closing. On the top of all, I like on how quickly they respond my inquiries.
The team was very easy to work with. They were fast, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. We would definitely work with Loan Simple again and we highly recommend Loan Simple.
Process took too long - too much detail. I was told several times that I had submitted everything I needed only to find out that more was needed. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful.
The process to get a lone is never easy but this group makes it as easy as possible. The new web interface makes it much easier to upload documents.
