The staff was professional and personable. My concerns were address in a reasonable amount of time especially given how busy the loan industry is at this time. There were a few unexpected hurdles to clear (not the fault of anyone) that were made surmountable with a team effort.

I was impressed with Scott and his whole team. If I ever needed to speak with someone it was very easy to get a hold of them or my call was immediately returned. The whole loan process was very smooth and pain free. Highly recommend.

Working 1000+ miles away on our mortgage, I've never felt closer and aware of every step of the process, as I did working with Scott and his team. From the initial phone call, to the closing letter, every single step of this process was communicated clearly and questions were answered, no matter what time of the day it was. There is nothing that I would change and I will be telling the story of how our new home came to be for years to come. Thank you for making the dream of homeownership a reality.

Scott made a point to answer all my calls, text messages. If he was unavailable he would get back to me in a timely manner. In the process of discussing my best options when it comes to loan types I felt that Scott has my families’ best interest at heart. He also managed to simplify and explain the process, types of loans in depth to me. I truly appreciate my experience with Scott Maltzahn and the Loan Simple staff!

Scott was recommended by my realtor. Pre-approval process was simple and quick. Loan simple team did an excellent job of contacting me and keeping me in the loop of things. The website is easy to understand and use.

Scott and his entire team at Loan Simple were amazing. They told me exactly what I would need and then helped me through the entire process - everything went like clockwork. I purchased a home from out of state in a hot real estate market and really appreciate their knowledge and responsiveness so we could move and start school on time. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future. Thank you Scott, Matt, Chris, Amy and Shannon.

I got a refinance through Loan Simple (company that Scott Maltzahn is a part of). It was very easy. They have a website to manage all of the documents you need to sign and provide thats, for the most part works. (I had issues viewing documents in chrome).The people themselves are very prompt to reply to email and got everything done quickly.I would use them again.

The team I worked with in order to finance my first house included: Matt Pederson, Chris Barrientes, Sarah Rowan, Shannon Jorissen, and Amy Wolf. Each had their own job and assisted me along the way as this was my first time buying a house and getting a home loan! They were all pleasant to work with, receptive to questions, quick to respond, and organized. I felt very comfortable working with them and would highly recommend them!

The people at Loan Simple were extremely helpful. Being a first time home buyer and all the steps was very daunting, but everyone at Loan Simple were very glad to help us through the steps. I am sure at times they must have thought .. oh no not them again... but they helped us and were all very polite and friendly. They indeed make the process - loan simple. I am very grateful for them.
