The mortgage loan process with Loan Simple was quick, communication was great (even on weekends and after normal business hours) and all the individuals we worked with were very helpful. This was the easiest loan process that we have ever experienced. We would definitely recommend.

I spoke with several people at this office, and they were all very helpful. They spent a lot of time explaining all of the confusing ins and outs of the loan process and walking me through it. I have used Loan Simple on my last 2 home purchases and I will go back to them for my next.
The entire team Loan Simple is always on top of it. I have used them for multiple mortgages and will continue to do so! I have personally used them for 2 different refi's (one on a rental property) and multiple purchases on investment and primary residences. Being self employed adds an extra twist that they have a ton of experience with also. They make it easy, they always do as they say and follow through with their commitment to great customer service. After a first appraisal came up a bit short, the lender pushed for a better set of comps and we hit our mark. We appreciated her persistence and got our number!
