I was directed towards Scott from my Realtor because my current loan officer simply wouldn't call me back. I understood my situation wasn't the most attractive, but i still felt i was very credit worthy or that i at least deserved an explanation. I contacted Scott and he picked up which was a switch from my previous loan officer and I explained my situation. Scott Swartz has helped me in buying my first home and also helped me in refinancing it as well. He made the process very easy for my wife and I, he also kept us in the loop of very stage of the loan process.
