Scott truly is an amazing loan officer, I would definitely give him 5 stars.He was professional, courteous, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole loan process. Scott is AMAZING!!!! He was an extreme professional from beginning to end and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I have purchased several properties, and have completed more than one refinance. 5 stars across the board! Scott was fast, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable when it came to our new home purchase. We spoke with many lenders and Scott took the time to understand our needs and put us at ease through the entire process. Since then, we have referred many of our friends his way and we hear nothing put positive feedback from them as well. Way to go Scott as you really stand out in your field. We recently purchased our home and worked with Scott and his team to acquire our loan. Purchasing a home can be stressful but Scott made the process smooth and transparent. He presented us with different options based on our needs, he answered our many questions, and was always responsive (even late evenings and weekends)! *** VA Borrowers - you must go with Scott Swartz and his team! ***I'll be the first to admit that I am not an easy person to work with. I was referred to Scott by a friend. He was quick to describe to me all the events that would be taking place to refinance the mortgage and put out a tentative schedule. He was very professional and kept the lines of communication open. If I had any question he would respond within a few hours to let me know what was going on and answer my question(s).
