Scott was able to close our loan in 11 days! We came to Scott defeated thinking that he would not be able to help us purchase our home as we were in a unique situation. To our surprise, not only did he help us every step of the way, but he got it done in 11 working days and closed our loan on time! I was very impressed on his responsiveness and follow up. He is a great guy and I highly recommend him!

Very professional and efficient. Scott makes himself available to answer any questions and makes for a smooth and painless process as far as the financing goes. I've been through this process twice before with different lenders and Scott was by far the best. I would recommend him as the go to guy for home financing.

I was referred to Scott from my realtor who said Scott is great to work with. Most banks are tough to work with and in my past experience never available. Scott was completely the opposite! He was responsive throughout my new home purchase and kept me up to date as each step was completed. Scott is extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding his craft. He found the best workable solutions to resolve or clarify some irregularities we did not even know about and his research also helped us to get an erroneous report corrected. I highly recommend Scott to anyone I know who may be looking for a lender, his profeesionalism and true concern for his clients success is a plus as is his way of calming a borrower when the frustrations of closing a deal start jangling the nerves a bit. He is an excellent agent.

Scott made buying our Condo so easy. He had a great loan program for us. It was easy filling out the loan application online. Scott ALWAYS called me back and took time to explain anything I didn't understand. I would not hesitate to recommend him to ALL my friends!!!!!!

Scott Swartz deserves 5 stars due to the high level of service my husband and I received. Scott was professional, helpful and responsive. He handled our refinance very efficiently and we closed escrow quickly. I expressed to Scott that I wish I would have dealt with him when purchasing our home a few years back. Between the low rate and great service, this experience surpassed my expectations. A huge thank you again to the Scott for all his help! I've done many refinances over the years and you won't find better.
