Scott and his team really worked to get my loan processed on time. The underwriter had some concerns that would have delayed the closing date, but everyone at One Trust worked to clear it up and get us the keys on schedule.

Scott was referred to me by my realtor and from the beginning I was impressed. He not only contacted me over the weekend but he was able to walk me through all of the steps of how the process would go. Scott Swartz was recommend by my realtor and was great to work with. He closed a home loan for me in about 20 days with the following curve balls thrown at him:I quit my job right in the middle of underwriting.I had to close on time because I was leaving for back country camping for 2 weeks w/o cell signal the next day.He still got me a great rate, and even gave me options of a better rate or a higher rate with less upfront fees.He was always responsive, and everything went smoothly.
