John has helped me through a couple of refinance opportunities. He simplified the process for me both times, once when I was under a great deal of stress. He provided smooth sailing in turbulent water.

Chrissy French was great, but there was an incident with my loan officer, Chris Dunlea. He left the company partway through a transaction. I only found out because his out-of-office reply on his email said so. It also said to contact John McGrath with questions. Obviously I was very nervous for the state of the loan, so I did call John McGrath, but he never bothered to reach back out to me. It felt very dismissive.
From start to finish , the McGrath team was straight forward , honest and everything went smooth and quick , comunication was easy with many lines , our closing was with the Cohen team and was unstressful even a little fun with a great bunch of people with the main goal , to make you feel comfortable , and they did with an email days later just to thank us and make sure we wer all set
