Worst experience ever! They will make you wish you never used their services. If you want to pay a fee for their services but do their job then definitely use this team because they treat themselves as the customer and will have no regard for you... down right terrible. In fact the closing company pulled me aside after my closing to apologize for the debauchery that Leader One caused, mentioned they been seeing this recently from L1 and that they were embarrassed to be affiliated with them.
