I found working with the John McGrath team at LeaderOne to be a mixed experience. They were very good at coordinating with the listing and buying agents, and the time-frame in which they closed helped our offer get accepted. In the end we got a very good rate as well. However, it took a great deal of comparison shopping and negotiating and poor communication made closing extra stressful. E.g., we had 1 business hour between notification of the final payee and amount to close and the closing.
Made my first real estate purchase a breeze, and helped handle any obstacles that we met. Very glad I went with John and the Team at LeaderOne, and will be coming back should I ever decide to buy again.
