Scrap Right has evolved into a great tool for the Scrap Industry Pros: There's numerous features to like but the best for me is the full size ticket screen which allows me to enter truckloads of materials in fractions of time Cons: During the growth of this software I had many issues to start but they took my ideas along with many others & have eliminated most all issues to date

We met most of the people in the company and all were very friendly. Customer support is perfect Pros: The customer service, the sales guy is awesome. If i have a problem they are either available or get back to me in 15 min or less. I've had very few issues with it since we started and it was mostly learning. Cons: I wish I could put weights in without having to hit "enter weight manually" each weight. That is my only gripe Overall: Its easy to use. I am the one who uses it all day and I had very few issues learning it.

NO ISSUES Pros: The software is easy to use and anyone with just a little bit of computer experience can learn how to use the program. It is easy to add or remove commodities codes and names.

Very easy to Navigate Pros: Tracking of inventory is awesome. Being able to see what's in Finished goods and what's in the whip. Cons: Looking up material via inventory seems like it could be made simpler. Scrap right uses numbers but yet you can't look material up by number code Overall: Tracking of inventory made our life a lot easier

I've had scrap right for many years now. Durability is excellent. Been easy to use. Pros: It is user friendly once you understand the system. Provides inventory and record keeping details. That enables me to maintain accurate cost analysis as well as keeping historical analysis. Cons: At times the system runs slow. Other times part of the system just stops functioning and needs to reboot. Overall: Streamlined inventory cost and analysis.

Extremely happy with my decision to purchase ScrapRight's software program. Pros: Ease of use and technical support. My staff and I were proficient with the software within 24 hours of installation. Their installation team were extremely professional, helpful as well as patient answering all of questions. Cons: Weekend support, though available, is a little bit slower, but available. overall, good. Sometimes not as accurate as I would like. Pros: I like having the ability to see average prices for materials, especially in my area. Generally I have very good luck with the app and enjoy using it. Cons: Sometimes the prices aren't as accurate as I would like, but that seems to be improving. Additionally my app seemed to crash a couple times when I first started using it, but again, that has since improved.

Easy, simple problems resolved quickly. Complicated matters are ignored. Pros: The software is easy to use, teach new users how to use, and navigate through. Adding/removing is simple and accessing/printing reports is simple and easy. Cons: Features (like the Container Tracking) are not available and the Scrap Right rep's cannot explain why. Further, ScrapRight rep's are quick to determine a matter "resolved successfully" when in fact the issue was NEVER properly fixed or even addressed.

We've been using ScrapRight for over 5 years now and have been very pleased with it. Pros: ScrapRight keeps us compliant with state recycling laws. It's easy to use and easy to teach others to use. Cons: I have no major complaints. The tech team is working out some kinks in the latest version. I will be ready for the GA vehicle upload to work without any problems.
