We've been using ScrapRight for over 5 years now and have been very pleased with it. Pros: ScrapRight keeps us compliant with state recycling laws. It's easy to use and easy to teach others to use. Cons: I have no major complaints. The tech team is working out some kinks in the latest version. I will be ready for the GA vehicle upload to work without any problems.

Happy with our purchase, customer service really makes the package. Pros: Ease of use, but I like the service availability and quick response. We depend on Scrapright for our daily operation if it goes down we cannot function effectively. Cons: Sometimes it locks up. Some of the admin functions are time consuming. It would be nice to change all prices then hit save rather than having to change 1 at a time. Overall: Customer support, we were having a hard time with our previous company.

Scrap Right makes my job easier. Pros: I like being able to see my customer's history easily. It makes it easy and quick to assist law enforcement. The pictures are good quality too. Cons: If you don't type something just right in the search, it may not come up. Missing an apostrophe or a comma could exclude what you're looking for from you results

Awesome Pros: Its easy to use and effective. It gets the job done when needed. Its simple. Things are easy to fix. Cons: Sometimes things stop working and its hard to fix. And you have to stay up on the price change. But usually if i call its fixed right away.
using since 2011 very happy Pros: ease of use. the icons are straightforward and easy to use. when you need to start a new ticket it is very simple and the software is easy to train someone on. Cons: overall speed can vary at times. meaning sometimes it takes far too long for the software to complete keystrokes. Overall: it helps us earn our living and establish our business as the top recycling company in the area

Best system i ever had Pros: if you looking for any ticket, you can find it really fast, everything is organized by the system, also is not down very often. Cons: sometimes is really slow and the customers are complaining abou it, I have to call technical support to help me

Works great, does what we need Pros: Easy enough to setup, and customer support is a breeze. Liked the way the software interface looks as well. Cons: Sometimes have devices disconnect or need reconfiguring, otherwise seems like a solid platform software.

Scrapright Software has been a blessing beyond words. It has helped me to begin to expand. Pros: The software is easy to understand and use. It helped me to be able to track easily what was purchased, sold, the profit, and what remained in storage. Without this software, I definitely would not have made it through the rough times when scrap prices reached its recent low point. Instead, I have been able to expand. Overall: I have been able to expand my business, and ability to service others.

Everything is ok - EXCEPT THE VIN # moving over to nmvitis - still doesn't work - no word yet! Pros: Easy to use - user friendly on most applications - except for the NMVITIS - Reports are a lot easier to run than our previous software Cons: Having problems with ADD/NMVITIS - still no answers as to why we cannot use this feature - have not been contacted in weeks to find a solution
