Very professional in everyway possible! Pros: The things that impressed me the most was the dedication and time that was put in. I love the software, it was an easy transition from our old. The staff and their patience with us is a definite pro. They bent over backward to make sure that everything was what we expected it to be. Customer support was quick to call back, very helpful and fixed my issue immediately. Customer Service is top rate Pros: Customer Service is top notch! Very helpful! I feel that they are always working to make things better with updates and such. Also the ease of adding material to incoming and outgoing tickets is a blessing. Cons: That it is internet based. The system is down a little to much between the internet on our end and the server on their end. Also when merging customers, you lose information.
I have been working with the support staff now for over 2 years and have always had Great results. Pros: Being able to access it from anywhere at anytime. You can be on vacation and adjust pricing or pull up a report during a meeting. Cons: The price. Overall: It helps with daily business activities/tracking

there are somethings that can be added into the software, overall very satisfied. Pros: Scrap right is good for keeping up with the history and inventory of what you've purchased. Its some what easy for new people to learn that have some basic computer skills. Overall a good product and Customer service is second to none, the guys in tech support are very good at what they do. Very user friendly. Training buyers is so simple and easy. Pros: Having the ability to see on the camera exactly what I'm buying before actually paying out the ticket. Knowing the weights are being accurately entered by the scale interface gives me peace of mind even when I am not on site. The time saved to automatically upload information to the RAPID program is invaluable. Scrapright has been well worth the investment for my business on a daily basis. Pros: Interface is great for processing customer tickets and it's real easy for my employees to learn how to use. Also , I didnt realize at first how much information you can pull out from running all the various reports on the inventory end, being able to track how much copper, brass and wire I sold at the end of each month or quarterly is awesome. System is very reliable and when issues come up tech support is awesome, patient and understanding. Pros: Compliance and accuracy are key factors to operate successfully in the scrap indusrty ScrapRight ensures both. Priceless Cons: Cameras can be fickle needing cables to be moved and restarting but that may be our environment being outdoors
