A+ Support Team Pros: Ease of use. Training time is reduced as ScrapRight is friendly to individuals with limited computer experience. Cons: I would like to see more reporting options. ScrapRight provides a variety of great reports, but deep diving into the business is limited and inconsistent. Overall: ScrapRight's inventory solution has been great for keeping track of stock and shipping material is now a breeze.
Love This Software Pros: There are too many things to begin to make a list about the reasons I love this software. From it being so user friendly to how personalized you can make it to your specific company. The functionality of this software is awesome and I would recommend this software to everyone in the scrap industry. Cons: There are zero Cons to this product. I love the software. Good Software Solution for small to medium businesses Pros: Software is easy to use and interface is simple and friendly, it must be since where it is used, the users are not tech-savvy. The software is updated regularly by the ScrapRight team. Cons: Requires regular maintenance, such as restarting certain services. user friendly Pros: I like using the inventory as it helps me keep better track of what we have purchased. Producing reports are easy. Pictures of what we buy and who sells to us has a lot of added benefits as well. Cons: updates. You will never get away from updates, but sometimes a update to fix a problem creates another problem and you have to wait for another update to fix that problem. Overall: The benefit is the inventory control system.
Has a lot of great features Pros: It takes pictures of products, customers getting paid, place to store information. Cons: The receivables is very time consuming.
