I used to be able to remote deposit. App now crashes when I try to capture the back of check. I have a samsung phone. My son who has an older phone can still make deposits. It is very frustrating since I moved to another state but don't want to change banks.

The check deposit feature crashes constantly and this is the main reason I use the mobile app. Really irritating and wastes my time.
App will not open. Just sits on splash screen.....
Please fix check depositing. Being rather far away from a branch location makes it much more difficult to deposit checks.

After I updated the app, i had a hard time to open the app nor run the app. And i couldn't deposit money either
Suddenly stopped working now I have to Uninstall and reinstall every time
Check Deposits always fail. I didn't have a problem before but the app always seems to fail when doing a remote check deposit. Sometimes it allows the front picture then crashes. You can only do a remote deposit over the app, not the website on the phone the app is installed on. Very frustrating when you're out of town, far away from a branch or atm.
