The app worked great now you updated it I can't see my accounts and they won't load
Requires many multiple attempts to deposit checks because app crashes when opening the camera to capture check. Been this way for Months!
The old app was sooo much better and designed better. This app is clunky and slow and everything is so small. Terrible design. Update 2022, still junk. Kicks me out when I click to take a pic of a check for deposit. Bill pay on the app is terrible if trying to pay multiple.

APP IS ALWAYS HAVING ISSUES CANNOT EVEN OPEN IT RIGHT NOW
9.12.22 The app no longer functions. I can't even log in. Please fix this as I can't deposit checks anymore. The mere fact that you can't type in your birthday is absurd. I was born in the 70s.. who in the heck wants to scroll that damn much to simply set up my account. The date defaults to the current date. App developers... you've got to make this SIMPLE fix.

Good Morning, I've replied to the email you sent us with screenshots. You can tap on the year and select the year you were born rather than scrolling through all the months of all the years. I hope this helps
Am I the only one having the problem with logging in ( biometrics on)? I don't believe I'm the only one. Randomly I've been getting this "There has been a system error" error with 3 buttons (retry, logout, contact support) when I launch app. Same issue is happening on Galaxy S9+ / Android 10 and Galaxy S22+ Android 12, so this is NOT the user / device setup error. If secu can provide email address to reach out to their engineering team I will gladly share screenshots / logs. One star for now.
The app is not allowing me to transfer or bill pay. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but issue persists.
Still garbage, still crashes constantly. What a scam.
