Using app is not working does not recognize information that you have for your account and don't try to add zelle used two separated accounts neither where recognize. What a waste of time.

Says invalid info when I register. Going right off a statement
The app is stable, provided you don't actually want to know how much money is in your account. I checked one payday to see if my money was in my account, and it showed it was, so I paid a bill. I was hit me with a chargeback, saying when I called that "you made a purchase at 5:07am, your check didn't clear until 5:09am". The account is never accurate until Tuesday, at best, and by then expect to have multiple overdraft fees, even if you've called to have it decline instead 3 times.
The worst should go back to order app.
Miss the unlock feature...tried to use Zelle & it keeps sending me back to SECU app, then open, then still can't get ZELLE...always some problem with updates
This new app is terrible. You cannot search for a particulate merchant even though you can clearly see it. Do better, SECU.
Please everyone reevaluate your review. This app is not good anymore. Check the reviews. I'm not the only 1. What happened? No more pin? Just logged me out for no reason. Not sure if that app was hacked? Why is it making me put my info again?

We realize it was a convenient login method. Most Android devices are now equipped with biometrics (face, Iris, etc.), and these are supported login methods.
I do not own the previous phone number I should be able to use my email address to reset my password but I can not
