I have been appreciating this app for a while. I absolutely loved it when I could use my 4 digit passcode to get into my account, 10 ✨ stars for that! Now I have to use the whole long password each time I want to log in so I'm giving 1 star ⭐ That is such a hassle! 😠 I will change this & give a higher rating when I can return to using the 4 digit passcode. Or at least let it be an option, for the ones who want it. Please hurry and update!

With ever-changing security concerns, we strive to stay ahead of the fraudsters, and with changes to what are considered standard practices, unfortunately we had to let go of the PIN login. We realize it was a convenient login method. Most Android devices are now equipped with biometrics (face, Iris, etc.), and these are supported login methods.
Thanks for getting rid of being able to use a 4 digit pin to access your account. Love having to enter my password everytime I use the app no I don't like face scan or fingerprint. The old app was fine.
App is not allowing me to login at all, interface completely blocked by white scan lines

Somehow being able to sign in with a 4 digit code was removed from this app when they made updates. 1st, I am angry that no communication was sent out to customers regarding this change! 2nd for nice as they are, I've had 2 different CS reps tell me that it's only thru customer calls that they too are aware of this change, and 1 tells me that nothing can be done, the other tells me to go to my cell security settings. Can't reach a human on main number. I not at all happy with SECMD right now
Previous app was much better than this one, more user friendly. Some of the print is shaded too light, needs to be darker. Now snapshot comes up & all you can see is your balance amt. If you want to view the last couple of transactions,as you could on previous app, you have to log into your account. Kind of defeats the purpose of using snapshot.
Used to be great, now I have to log in with a password again, and every few days I have to re-register my device with a code. Even though I check the 'remember this device' box. It's very irritating now, since I use it almost every day on the same phone.
I hate it. They changed it again.
This app is GARBAGE.I can't even set it up even with the help of representatives at the Credit Union. It REFUSES to locate my account information.
