You created an update app in the new format that didn't need to be used. I don't know who you test group this on. I can't imagine anybody being comfortable with the old app enjoying this new setup it's simple redundant and it doesn't give you the information that the old one used to at a glance. Please go back
Nothing was wrong with the old app. This is not user friendly at ALL. I DON'T LIKE IT.

This is about as intelligent and takes as much time as the " New Math" they are teaching in public school's....rediculous to even call it an "UPGRADE"...More like a "DEGRADE"....
Why do i now have to go into thw back or contact customer service to make a deposit from my phone when i was able to do so before the update. This is extremely inconvenient! If I had the time or wanted to go into the branch I wouldn't be trying to do a mobile deposit in the first place. Now i have to wait until i get off of work and disrupt my schedule to make my deposit. Extremely dissatisfied!
Its my 1st time using this.. Very upset it takes soooooo long to deposit a check!! I upload the front of my check and the back about 15 times! And im not exaggerating... it still haven't worked! Im annoyed that I have to go into a back tomorrow or some time to deposit it manually... PLEASE FIX ASAP!!! IT SHOULDN'T BE EXTREMELY HARD TO POST A CHECK!
Failure by SECU. Won't load my bill pay information . App is poor. The old app was fine! Why?!
