How do you print out a single monthly statement??? I have to keep going on line to see what has been posted for any month, all months are connected now. It was easier when the months were separated and you could print it out.
Why did they change both the app and online? I'm trying to pay my bill which was so easy before now I cant even get to where I can add my checking information. I guess it has been deleted since they changed the app. Horrible! I guess I will have to take it to the bank, which also sucks because they dont have real people. I talk to a computer..
The last app was perfect, now I can't sign in to my business account and trying to screws the whole thing up. It's a ridiculous app and it makes me seriously just want to take my money somewhere else to handle it better.
Stop the frivolous updates!!!
Check deposit feature doesn't work. App needs to be fixed. Old one was better
This update doesn't allow me to track payments like the old one. This new one took away features does not improve my banking experience.
Somebody went to a whole lot of trouble to find out ways to make a difficult app
It crashed immediately and shows white blank screen...hate it
If they don't put this back the way it was I'm going to have to change Banks for 2 weeks I have not been able to access my account online I had to go all the way up to seek you to take care of my business I have installed uninstalled Google played and everything you can think of and I have a new Samsung tablet and this new application will not install it says installed and when you go to open it and you put it in your username and your password it goes right back to update now I can't even print out my statements I have to g... read more
