Continuously shuts down, and functions way too slow at times. Sadly the old version cannot be used
Last version was just fine but now this new version is hideous and checks no longer deposit immediately
This new version sucks!!! Who had the bright idea to change the last iteration? It was awesome and definitely had a very palatable user interface. This new version is all over the place, the links just don't make sense in terms of where they are placed and worst of all, it keeps crashing. 😡
The old app was better. What was wrong with it. Really SECU.
Hate the update...I mean HATE! What was so bad with the old app? It was easy to use and see transactions. It was quick and concise. Update is so cluttered and I have to click through each transaction to see additional details. "Point of Sale Withdrawal", "External Withdrawal", "External deposit ". And then I can see WHERE the "Point of Sale Withdrawal" happened. Those may be terms the bank uses to identify transactions, but the common person does not. Why add that additional verbiage when it is not helpful to the common pers... read more
You created an update app in the new format that didn't need to be used. I don't know who you test group this on. I can't imagine anybody being comfortable with the old app enjoying this new setup it's simple redundant and it doesn't give you the information that the old one used to at a glance. Please go back
Nothing was wrong with the old app. This is not user friendly at ALL. I DON'T LIKE IT.
