Not user friendly at all. The previous version was much better. You have to open each individual transaction in checking to see who you paid. Previous version you could see payees at a glance. For security, account numbers should not be fully visible. Definitely not an improvement! Very poor decision SECU. You really should test a beta with actual customers before forcing everyone to update to a version that sucks.
Go back to the older version this one is horrible!!
The old is by far better than this. Too slow. When a system is too slow to load, it makes me feel not safe to use. Please fix or go back to the old because it's better and faster.
It's awful. Hate the way the transactions are setup for checking and savings. I don't New functions being added but the whole layout had been changed.
Has fewer options settings than prior version. If you don't uninstall the prior version before installing this new one, you will have to reinstall the new version every time you use the app. Very irritating.
You guys have made this app worst. Its not user friendly you still can't close an account or change pin numbers. Check out Navy Federal mobile apps its the gold standard for banking apps.
This doesn't tell you how much your spending like the old app. Was SECU hacked ? Thats why you changed it?
I think this new site is awful. Just like on other platforms -- just terrible. Hard to navigate. On some platforms, loans only show the available credit, not the current balance. Also, the mobile app did not update the older version. I had to completely uninstall the old version because every time I opened the it, it said I had to upgrade. Not only did I have to log in twice, but it would open in Google Play Store and say "uninstall" or "open". The old version is also still showing in Google Play Store. This Sh** is garbage. If it's not broken don't fix it. Now I have to deal with this app hanging and not loading a page instead of the past user friendly one.
