I wanted to love this app but I can't even log in with my user name, and it works on the old app. : (
This app is a poor version of an upgrade from the main SECU banking app that I was using. This app is terrible, and what is worse is that you made users to have to use this app as opposed to the main SECU one. This app is clunky and has poor navigation compared to the other app which is streamlined and has very smooth and easy navigation. This app made me change my password, and asked for further permissions from my phone as opposed the other app which did not ask for any permissions from my phone and allowed my original pas... read more
There was nothing wrong with the old app I don't like this one
Can't even get it work.
Continuously shuts down, and functions way too slow at times. Sadly the old version cannot be used
Last version was just fine but now this new version is hideous and checks no longer deposit immediately
This new version sucks!!! Who had the bright idea to change the last iteration? It was awesome and definitely had a very palatable user interface. This new version is all over the place, the links just don't make sense in terms of where they are placed and worst of all, it keeps crashing. 😡
The old app was better. What was wrong with it. Really SECU.
Hate the update...I mean HATE! What was so bad with the old app? It was easy to use and see transactions. It was quick and concise. Update is so cluttered and I have to click through each transaction to see additional details. "Point of Sale Withdrawal", "External Withdrawal", "External deposit ". And then I can see WHERE the "Point of Sale Withdrawal" happened. Those may be terms the bank uses to identify transactions, but the common person does not.
