Horrible app..like the original
Trying to get my birthday to unlock the password is unacceptable. I had to scroll all the way back to September of 1962 month by month. Why can't I just choose a date from a drop-down menu?
The app barely works just go back to the old one for real
Not sure why you have to update to a new app and not just update the existing app! So dumb
Coming from a person in the IT field, this new version of the app and online banking is a disgrace. Terrible user interface and some of the functions do not work. Half of the time the app seems like it doesn't want to load. Had to reinstall multiple times. This along with the disappearance of tellers is very frustrating. Change the interface back or I will be changing banks.
I'm unable to do anything on this app. Worst idea ever. Thanks secu. Update the other version please
Still waiting for SECU to respond to my message regarding not being able to use mobile banking since this update. I'm not sure if it's because I have an Android but I know other Apple Users that ARE able to access both the updated website & current app. Such an inconvenience.
Has this app stopped working? It keeps freezing for both me and my wife!
I was told to update the old version of this app & could no longer use the old version. This version keeps saying system error & won't allow me to log in. Frustrated. Please resolve this issue.
