Service department is incredibly slow, arrived a few minutes early for an oil change with plans to drop our vehicle off and we were told we had to wait for an associate to discuss our plans. It's a routine oil change, I've never had to speak with someone prior to a service appointment.

Took my Trax in for service contract work. Coolant leak with $100 deductible. No problem. Upon time to get it done, they found a way to tack on another $350 in things the "warranty didn't cover but needed doing." I needed the vehicle asap, so I said screw it, and went with it. Then they added TEN URGENT things!!!!! Except they weren't. Wanted a coolant flush, just had one done, wanted an alignment, just had it done. Walked in with appointment, no one acknowledged me for five minutes just standing there. Then they couldn't find my appointment. They told me it would take two hours for an oil change. I thought that must have been a joke. Nope wasn't a joke still sitting here.

My son bought a brand new truck there 2 weeks ago. The sales person (Robyn) and the sales process went fine. They said they owe us the 2nd key and should have it in a few days. Several calls to them, and no key. In the meanwhile, the radio screen went black on a brand new 2024 chevy colorado truck and would run for several minutes when turning off truck and getting out. Brought my work truck in for service. Sat for 2 days without an update. After calling I'm told "we don't care" by the supposed general manager Steve and that it would take 2 weeks to even look at the truck. Immediately came and had my truck towed elsewhere. Time is money and they won't get either of mine. They should fire GM Steve and manager Joe and others not cut for the job. Stay away at all costs there is a reason for the low rating. Good luck getting your vehicle serviced here. They are way too busy and never have enough people working. On top of that they start sending people home in the middle of the afternoon.

We had called earlier this morning to look at a truck to buy today. They had it out ready for us. We even showed up earlier than we said. We drove an hour to get this truck. We showed up. As we were walking up. They were showing someone else the truck we requested. And allowed that person to buy it. We had no calls to say they would show anyone else before we got there. AVOID THIS PLACE I picked this place because it's a certified Chevrolet shop, big mistake. Seven minutes after leaving something else "mysteriously" broke. Had to come right back and told them the car was driving even worse. They claim no fault. Calling the BBB on this place, something fishy is going on.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! Terrible!! Do not buy from them. They are super nice during the buying process (of course) and make empty promises. My salesman steven promised to have the carpet fixed in my malibu when I bought it, I took it into service to get it fixed and they advised me I need to have my carpet replaced. I called and spoke to Stewart, craig, steven, and richard and NONE of them ever returned my call to get this settled.
