Beware What a joke advertises a SUV for 30884 dollars and then tell you out the door price with 6.6% interest (yes included tat tag title delivery fee) Is 41884 over 5000 in fees for the sales team to enjoy. Good luck if you purchase here just know there are much better dealerships.

how to lose a customer i asked for a price on a 2022 tacoma and was given one the problem is that they jacked up the msrp by between 3 and 4 grand and when i asked why was told "supply and demand" thats crap will never buy a truck from them this is just not right, yes their inventory is down but it will rebound just like all inventory will eventually and in the meantime they are gouching people it will come back to haunt them

Awful experience, especially for older people We mistakenly allowed our elderly mother to visit this dealer alone. They took advantage of her to order expensive options she did not need. When the car she ordered came in early, they harassed her to come to pick it up, even though we had already scheduled time off on the date scheduled. We arrived at the dealership and they could not find the sales person or the car. Process took hours. Most paperwork was lost, so had to fill it all out again. SEMINOLE TOYOTA ARE NOT HONEST! I recently reviewed my maintenance record for my RAV4 and found that they placed TWICE the mileage in/out wrong. On my 1st maintenance they placed mileage of 9,869 and on my 2nd maintenance they placed mileage of 14,408. This is WRONG, because as of today 10/09/2021, my RAV4 Odometer reads 7,041 ONLY!!!

Rude and condescending! Awful customer service! Bought a used 2019 Volvo last Sunday at the dealership. Frank was our sales guy. He was perfectly pleasant to deal with and completed the paperwork which addressed a repair that needed to be made. The instructions and agreement made were to schedule a service all at their dealership. I specifically asked if I should bring the car directly to Volvo and was told no. Overall awful experience I had a terrible experience at Seminole Toyota last week. I've previously been for collision repair, and that department is excellent. HOWEVER, I came in for routine maintenance and after a car walk around with my service associate (which I had two of--the place was very busy and even though I had made an appointment and arrived at 7:30, I did not leave for 3 1/2 hours), I was assured that I would need only minimal maintenance. Bad service This place is a joke. They try to sell you used cars with chunks of tire missing and screws in the tire and make you pay for it. The managers are rude and inconsiderate. I’ve never been treated so badly by a dealership.

Typical Bait and Switch Time wasters. They quote "NO ADD ON FEES FOR SERVICE EXPENSES OR RECONDITIONING FEES. NO BULL PRICING. BUY THE CAR FOR THE PRICE ONLINE!!" and then add $899.50 doc fee and $199.00 Electronic Filing. They note this as: ** Pre Delivery Service Charge, Electronic Filing and Tag Agency Fee. This charge represents costs and profits to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents related to the sale. This seems like the opposite of No Bull Pricing to me.
