Tires with inner and out wall shredding. After buying a used 2017 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in January 2019 with suppose new tires on the car come to find out the car only had two new tires and back tires on the car where the original tires var8 came with. My wife had a flat and whe I inspected the tire to find no nail or screw puncture it. Never coming back My husband and I have been a loyal customer of this dealership, we bought our highlander there in feb this dealer seemed to have the best perks, today when he walked in to get his last free oil change they wouldn’t honor it because it was expired by two weeks. Conveniently they did not mention that last time we were here. Instead of doing the right thing by the customer they literally refused to honor it. Buyer beware. Lied to about safety inspection. I bought a used car for my 17 year old son at David Maus because I thought they were reputable. I spent more here than at a used car lot thinking a dealership would provide better quality used car and service. I was wrong. They sold me a car that is not even drivable and they won’t make the vehicle safe to drive. The wind shield wipers do not even work. Worst dealership ever to many lies and tricks Worst experience ever a bunch of lies and they messed up my credit because of how many times they run it " 14 times" and the last 12 was after I sing all the paper work after even I left the dealearship because by the time i was going to sing things the first time things start changing and they make me comeback supposedly with a better deal and i return the same day and singed and then I got a call 3 days after saying that I need to sing a new contract or return the new van I got... read more

Bait & switch I was bait and switched by a female service representative. You should have the call recorded. She lied to me about every question I asked. Did not tell me important information, like the expectation to leave my car over night. I waited in my car for 20 minutes in the service drive, without acknowledgement or proper greeting. Shame of Toyota When I purchased my new 35,000.00$ car in this dealership , they had promotion-bring a friend if he buys a car- 100$ check is yours. 3 weeks later I came with my cousin, she purchased 2018 car. So, I wait for my check 5 months,all this time they kick me one to an other by phone,promising to send my check " tomorrow ". For 5 months! Even managers! Outrageous. Terrible customer service Scheduled a testt drive. Arrived on time and was bounced to another salesman. After waiting on her to get keys, did test drive m, returned car where she requested due to that location was close to her office. She was no where to be found, asked & she was paged. Conartist dealership Terrible service with inexperienced sales people sketchy tactics to raise the price of the car suspicious aftermarket plans they force on you and make you pay for extremely low standards for cleanliness or care of their used cars
