Poor Delivery of Service Overcharged for repair and did not have the car ready as promised! Refused to deliver the car after they misplaced the keys when we were scheduled to pickup the car! Do your self a favor, service your car elsewhere and buy from someone reputable!

Don't use that dealership My car been in the body shop for over two weeks and each time I call and leave a message, they never calls back, I called for the supervisor and the same he never called me back. I'm not able to get a status on my car. The worst customer service ever
Bad Experience My experience was actually very disappointing, and here is why 1. I bought a Lexus 2015 RC 350 about three weeks ago. The process in the finance office was rushed and I felt like I was number and all they care for was for me to sign the contract. I believe that there are laws against that. In fact, the finance agent was only giving me the pages she wanted me to sign. A very bad experience I went to this dealership with my daughter to purchase a car for her. For a 2016 Kia Sould with a tag of $12,000 we were charged a total of $22000 including a fee over $1000 for a "special treatment to get rid of smoke odor inside the car", a 10% interest in financing all this after a $2,000 down payment. Poor communication This is about the collision department. I took my car in for a repair which should’ve took about a week an half a month has gone by and the communication has been so poor.
