$2,300 and my car still not fix I payed $2,300 to fix my engine light and they could not fix it. They want another $1,400 to keep trying. Chris assure me that charcoal canister need to be change, but that didn't work, so now they want more money. and I got "I'm sorry that that 1st fix didn't work" WOW!

Buyer beware Short and sweet, you're better off just going to a different Toyota dealership ....... It was not a good experience. I was told one thing then given something else. Items listed in the add/step bars. Were removed before I arrived and when I asked what hPpened to them they said they were. Rome so they took them off and I was to continue the process without them. DON'T BUY HERE! Worst buying experience ever. I was sold a car, drove it for about 2 week only to get a call back from them telling me that my loan wasn't approved? How is this even possible? David maus for you. There whole staff is inefficient.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I don't usually write reviews but I was so disappointed with this experience that I think people should know about this place. I went to Davis Maus Toyota for a 10K service and I told them that my clutch was making a noise. The dealership set up an appointment to drop off the car on Wednesday which I did. Bad Experience I had a bad experience this past weekend at David Maus Toyota as I was shopping with my daughter for a car. I am trying to teach her how to make big purchase decisions like buying her first car. We have visited six dealerships and test driven seven cars. David Maus was the ONLY bad experience. Our sales person, MJ was great. I have also used Glenn in service and like him as well. But the sales manager, Mark, was both rude and unhelpful. Disappointed customer David Maus Toyota was recommended to me by a friend who had previously purchased a vehicle from them. I found a used car that I liked and ultimately bought it. The frustration and disappointment comes into play because an advertised deal (gift card) with any car purchase has never been received. The Sales guy said they were out and said they would provide it, yet 6 weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails later they have now said they won't provide it. Horrible Customer Service My salesperson was okay, but my biggest problem is with the finance department. First, I came in with a pre-approval from my bank and they assured me that they can contact my bank and send the car information there, but instead sent it to their own bank, which I absolutely did not want to do but am kind of forced into now. Fun Fast and Easy...Nope!!! Can't give a review as to the outcome yet because it doesn't seem to be over. One of the David Maus ads features him saying they want the experience to be fun fast and easy. So far it has been anything but..
