customer Place is absolutely filthy..restrooms unsanitary not much cleaning here during pandemic from the looks of things. Toilets full of feces , explanation no cleaning staff and plumbing issues. In this case a book is judged by its cover....ill find another dealer

Poor Service Added an extra service to the vehicle and I was supposed to receive the documentation in the mail within 30 days, I never received the paperwork and after calling the dealership multiple times to get help with this they finally tell me that I have to call the warranty company to get it figured out. Very poor customer service, it seemed once they got my money for the vehicle they could care less about assisting me with help from a service they sold me. I won't be using this dealership again. Beware - Don't buy used car from this delare This dealer sells a defective car without disclosures. We drove the car out of the lot and within few miles the ABS, brake, and slip lights popped up. The dealer is not willing to diagnose and repair the issue without additional charges.

they suck So, I sent in the paperwork via email, picked out the van I wanted, and poof! I never heard back. I called, texted, emailed, and they simply never got back with me. My credit is almost 800, and seriously wanted to drive my toyota van home. I texted them one more time, and still nothing. But, it turned out okay! Untrustworthy Car Dealership What an awful car buying experience. I purchased a used vehicle from the lot, the car salesmen knew nothing about the vehicle we purchased, so be prepared to know everything in advance about the Make/Model of the vehicle you are looking to buy because the salesmen are clueless. Buyer beware Got a car last month then a month later had to go back and sign some paperwork the guy said. Turns out its a new deal without telling me that they changed the deal. Just not good business. I would never but there again

Do not buy here *Update 8/17/2019* So after bring the car in and being without a vehicle for almost a week, they called and said the parts they ordered were in (I was never told I was waiting for parts, infact I wasn't told anything) and I could bring the rental back.. rental?! I never had one. The service advisor I usually work with was full and didn't have an open slot so they stuck me with someone else... Who got fired the next day. VERY RUDE TO A 21 YEAR OLD TRYING TO BUY A CAR My son came into their dealership TO BUY AN ELANTRA. We had done our research and comparisons and he came in TODAY to buy a car. He had the misfortune to meet Hong Shu who was extremely rude to him and would not even show him the car. Understand what you sign On 05/25/2019 I found a truck I wanted to purchase online. I went to David Maus Toyota in Sanford, FL at 11:30am. Within 30 minutes of being in dealership I test drove the vehicle, and decided to buy. After being kept waiting for 4 hours I started the paperwork with finance. On page 1 of contract was an optional $1,800 dealer fee that wasn’t on contract at beginning. I did not sign. The finance guy leaves office for 5 minutes, and returns with manager.
