Serramonte Ford Service Advisor Richard Wisnewski and The Maintenance Team did an Excellent Job! They replaced a moldy Air Conditioning air filter and resolved the musty smell issue in my 2019 Ford Fusion! Thank you to Richard and the Maintenance Team!

Experience was great. I especially appreciated the help of Service Consultant CarlosAlcala who allowed me to drop off my car without an appointment. I had left my car there, and he called me when the check engine light was resolved and how it was resolved. He informed me of another problem which required ordering a part. He called me with updates on expected arrival of that part. Thank you!
