Carlos and everyone at Serramonte Ford Service department are top notch. They got my baby in at noon and had her fixed up and ready to go earlier than they promised. I also love that they email the results from the work they do to me so I can take a look at it when I get home. That helps when I'm in a hurry to go sometimes. They got me back on the road in no time. They always take care of my Explorer (and me!). Thanks so much!
