For a dealership service center this place is the best - prices are steep but again it's a dealership.
Salespeople were very good. They stayed in touch without being overly pursuant. The finance department was also very helpful and extremely friendly. I've enjoyed every experience I've had at Serramonte Ford.
Great service. Was able to get them to replace an unrepairable flat tire overnight. The usual friendly and helpful service.
Kyle was good about keeping us informed. We were frustrated that they appear to have only one electric car specialist, so we had to wait until he returned the following week after our car was towed to their service department. They had the car 2 weeks, and when we drove off, after about 25 miles the car started to make a noise we had never heard before.
