Fast service and they had the tire on stock just wish they would have loner cars available

I had a flat tire that I needed towed to the dealer and luckily I had the Ford Pass app and saw that they offered towing services in the app. The wait said 2 hours but they came earlier and arrived in about 40 min. The man got me to the dealership swiftly where I was then helped by Mahmoud at Ford Serramonte. He was very calm, professional and prompt which was very appreciated being that I was on a time crunch to get to work. He then offered me a lyft and walked me out to my ride. Great service!
