Serramonte Ford Service takes super good care of my vehicle. My car freaked out (not sure why), wouldn't start for 45 minutes. Got it started, drove straight to Serramonte ford (545pm), my service advisor (Lucas) was still there!! Took in my car, got it checked out and was ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. Thank goodness nothing was found to be wrong but it was scary and they helped me out and eliminated my concerns.

Excellent Service, the only little feedback is I spent almost $900 on the service and there was no car wash or Vaccuming (inside). Please include it next time.

Waited too long for the service advisor to come out and help even thought the guys outside informed him I was waiting. Also didn't like the fact that I informed him, several times I was there for an oil/filter change and he kept pushing to sell me other packages.

Sean and Richard at Serramonte Ford took responsibility for replacing a part that had been damaged on my new 2024 Ranger before delivery, even though I didn't notice the damage until after I took the truck home. It took a while for the replacement to come in, but they stayed on top of scheduling the service, and I wasn't charged a penny for it.
