A bit costly for the labor charge but they make sure they do their job well done and that the car is in good shape.

Service writer Carlos is excellent and so are the mechanics. I get the excellent service starting with making the appointment to the end of the job.

Gema was super helpful in preparing my new Explorer. She helped me drive, prepare the paper work and connect me to other service people, add FordPass, walk me through the features. She was standing there (literally) until I drove off with my new car and gave me a farewell wave. Well done and thank you Gema.
