From start to finish this was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered at a car dealership! It was our first time buying a car at Serramonte Ford. Service Representative was on time and kept me informed. Work seems to be good so far. Car performed like new. Labor cost was the bulk of my cost prepping an eleven year old car with 51,000 miles on it for a cross country trip.
