Been going to Serramonte Ford since 2019 and have always received excellent and professional service. We bought our 2019 Ford Escape there in January of 2019 and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jared in the Service Department and to all the service team for taking such good care of us over the years.

Due to being short staffed because of sick calls form technicians, the service took an extra day. Regardless the person helping me was excellent and offered a rental for the inconvenience.

Good service, however, the dealership mailed out a coupon advertising a "Red Service" but would not honor the price for that service ($149 vs. $249) but agreed to give the same discount ($30). If this coupon is mailed out again, I will complain to the service manager that unless they honor the advertised price for the service, or I will report them to the BBB for false advertising.
