There is a waiting room that is clean and comfortable while you wait for your car to be repair. I like the detail explanation that they give you for your car to be safe and in perfect conditions.

DIEGO the salesman was very patient and the sales team worked very hard to finish my order in three hours. I am hoping that you guys will go paperless. I had shopped at Carmax, Mitsubishi and Nissan prior to Ford dealer and these guys were all paperless. Your cars are good and for Japan and Japanese cars to dominate our market should be your goal to reverse this trend. Japan is using technology/internet to dominate the car industry and this has to stopped? My cars prior to this were all Japanese

My Ford feels like new car.It runs pretty good and solid.
Took 8 days to get it checked out. Short of personnel. Not always answering phones.
