About this business

After getting to know your car, you want to make sure it lasts. However, car owners are all too aware that keeping a car going can get expensive. This is especially true when it comes time for maintenance and repairs. There are a few options for replacement parts when your car needs them. The first is called Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and the other is aftermarket parts. OEM parts have a higher price tag upfront, but their benefits make the added expense worth it. This includes the assurance that they'll las... read more

Don't get your vehicle serviced here! After three tries of calling and asking about my recalls I finally got an appointment. The service agent, Kyle, was eager to get me in and said the work would take 1 day. I asked for a brake inspection and recall work, and was told that I would get a brake recommendation first thing in the morning. Since it was one day, I didn't ask for a loner vehicle because I could survive without it. I never got a call. I had to call in the afternoon and was informed it was going to be an extra 3 day... read more

A suggestion to the Service Manager: When somebody calls in to ask what the replacement cost of a Fusion Hybrid battery is and the answer is "$15,000." the next question is bound to be something like "About how much battery life should I expect for my FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS." The correct answer to that question is not "I don't know." If the customer tries to prompt the service rep for a ballpark estimate with a helpful hint such as "Would you say something between 6 months and 20 years?" or "Something between 10,000 and... read more

Horrible experience with these guys. Called about a cheap truck they had for sale, talked to Anthony about the pricing and said he will have Hamza call me. Hamza called 20min later and we made a deal, which included delivery. Then 5 mins later he called me back and said the wants to increase the price not by much so I agreed to it. Sent him my application to lock in the car and figure out the logistics. Then he called and said oh I have to charge you another 100 for deliver because I couldn't find a guy to deliver to you and... read more

I was very reluctant to write a negative review about Serramonte Ford, but I have been given no choice due to the lack of service, follow through, and overall negative experience I received from their service department. Allow me to explain. I brought my car into Serramonte Ford a month ago for a recall on my sons 2015 Ford Focus. It sat in the lot for over a week before they even confirmed that it was a clutch recall which I told them to begin with. I was assigned a Service Manager named Mo. Nice guy as he tried to... read more

Consider other dealerships before placing an order with these people. I placed mine back in November 2021. The salesperson told me that the waiting period was up to six months. Today, June 30th 2022 (7 months later) I received an email saying that they will not honor their word, of course they used a flowery language: "We have now reached a point where there is a strong likelihood we will be unable to produce your Maverick order". I contacted them to get my $500 deposit, and hope that at least they are quick with that. I ha... read more

I wish I could give them 0. I brought my car just for a routine oil change. I made the appointment a week before. I dropped the car at 8:30 am, they finally finished at 3 pm. Last time I brought it for a door latch replacement and took them 3 days

For an oil change and tire rotation, it cost me over $300.00. I would say that's just crazy. It doesn't matter where you're getting your service completed.

Serramonte Ford is terrible and a potentially fraudulent. Having been a long time customer (over 5 years), I've finally had enough. I brought in my 2014 Ford Focus because of transmission problems. I told the team it was most likely the Transmission Control Module (which was still under warranty). After 2 weeks of "tests" they told me the problem was the clutch which needed to be replaced for $3000. Hesitantly I decided to move forward with the new clutch. ONE WEEK LATER my car broke down again with the same transmission pro... read more

my ford Explorer 2003 have noisy sound around the back tire I took it the place I purchased back on 2003 and they find out I need to replace one screw they hold the car more than 10 days and I have made so many calls and I went to the dealership finally the screw arrived I ended paying around 1459.00 for one screw and I got rental car during that time fo around 1300.00 dollars it is a shame you have loyalty to the local dealership and I find out there is no empathy and I find it is a legal Robbery.
