The service department went out of their way to help me. I brought my mustang in that had a crack in the engine. The third party warranty did not want to cover it. It took 9 weeks, but they got the warranty company to pay. I greatly appreciate then fighting for me. I want to thank them all, especially Mauricio. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Amazing staff.

I realized last minute that I needed to get mar serviced. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, and Richie took care of my car instantly, with a great attitude, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend that you reach out to Richie for any servicing needs your car may need.

I've been getting my car serviced here through Richie, he's been fantastic and super professional. Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected, but the service makes up for it. The pricing is fair and in line with the surrounding area. But the service is the game changer.

I was very frustrated and Henry the manager asked for me to be patient and explained all points to me. I was originally quoted about 2- 3 hours as the time they would have my car. They were aware I was waiting onsite. I was out of there by the 3 hour mark. I would like to thank Henry and today's specific technician who gave me his personal wheel lock. Want to give a huge shout out to the Serramonte Ford Service Department. I have been trying to fit a service visit into my schedule and when I finally did it was a very satisfying experience. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service all across the board from the receptionist to the technicians were 5 stars. I have been postponing an oil change for my 2015 Ford Escape due to the pandemic and associated worries, but then an ABS brake light came on and I knew it was time to go in. I made the appointment online, (day before) for 7am. Serramonte Ford Service was ready for business, with multiple Service advisors tending to the line, very effiicient. I am so grateful to the people at Serramonte Ford Service! I dropped my truck off for brake service on March 6, 2020 before I flew to the east coast, thinking I'd be back in 5 days. While on the east coast, the pandemic got very real and I ended up sheltering in place there for almost 13 weeks. Marvin scheduled an appointment for me for my oil change and had my car finished even before the estimated time came up. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Call ahead and make an appointment and you won't be disappointed.
