Worst Ford service, they are supposed to do the work in 2 hours, it took 7 hours and the service advisor was rude he is still in training ,he doesn't know how to finish the paper work.

If you don't want your car returned to you damage, with work being needed that mysteriously materialized don't take your Ford to Serramonte Ford dealership. They are crooked and very careless with customer vehicle's Just ask Kyle Roderick and his manager Mr. Bueno, two of the shadiest characters employed at this dive.

I had received a coupon via email for a basic service including oil change, topping off fluids, and a car wash in March 2020 that would be cheaper than going to another auto shop so I decided to make an appointment. Not only did they not wash my car, they said my air filter needed to be changed and it was going to be an EXTRA $200!! Serramonte Ford service always bad experience there , specially with the service manager named Henry, that man always refuse to fix your car under warranty... My car had a transmission problem for 6 months, and the auto start -stop future wasn't working at all.. The last time they make me bring my car to the dealer for test 6 times and the mechanic guy said that he saw the problem but Henry always said that my vehicle was okay, how is that possible!! I needed to bring my work truck to have a defective steering damper replaced. A notice had been sent out saying some trucks had this problem. I called for an appointment explaining that my truck was experiencing exactly what was described. I also wanted to make sure they had the part. I was told if they didn't have the part they would call me. I got a message saying that there was no need to bring the truck in as this wasn't a recall. I just noticed that Serramonte is trying to game their reviews by making this new Yelp page to scrub away all the terrible reviews, particularly for their service department. Their service department is a bunch of con artists and I will continue to go out of my way to beg anyone reading this to never ever ever ever in your life give these guys business. I purchased a vehicle that was still under factory warranty the next day my car would not start and had to be towed back to Serramonte they repaired it under warranty and within 10 days my vehicle stalled while I was driving at freeway speeds I had to have it towed to another dealership they told me Serramonte damaged my fuel pump when replacing it and that it's not covered under warranty because it was damaged by Serramonte so I had to pay for the repairs, tow and rental car I've been trying to get reimbursed from Serramont... read more

The service department is a complete mess. On May 18th I called to schedule a service done on my car they set up my appointment for May 22nd. I take my car in on the 22nd and the service advisor calls me that day and says they don't have the part he said the warehouse was closed, I go back to pick up my car and they say I can leave it there over the Memorial Day weekend.
