I cannot complain about this company except for the high interest. It is not their fault that a representative from Sears set me up with them when I should have had zero interest from Sears. I am very upset about that happening. Be careful when dealing with home improvements and make sure they put all the charges on one account instead of two so 1/2 is interest free and the other is not. I am not ready to submit a complaint just yet, as I have yet to find out if, when, or how the company is going to handle my account. This process has been going on for months! It started when I pursued getting bids to have my house re-roofed in August 2017. I settled on a roofer and realized I would be a few thousand dollars short of being about to pay the full bill in cash, so they had me apply for financing. The application was signed 9/23/17. I have used this company for a loan ,but I am having problem with this company collecting the payment from my bank account without authorization, they are writing a check to my Bank to collect my payment without my authorization

Only one payment, made on 3/19/18 was done thru our IVR which was still initiated by you. Please contact me to discuss but we believe the error may lie with your Bank Bill Pay company. My character is to look for the good in all people, situations. I have to honestly say that I have never encountered such rude and vile people as the so called customer service agents at this company. I would never refer anyone friend or enemy to this company.
When i purchased my home i had a flooring company come in and quote. was told my original financing did not go through and that Service Finance was a second option. Being as i needed the flooring done before moving in and having to travel for work I was unable to find another funding source. BIG MISTAKE on my part. In August of 2017 I financed a 6500 heating system through Service Finance. I had in my contract a promotion that assured me no interest would be charged if I paid on it every month within a 30 day grace period and if the entire amount was paid off by the contract date in August 2018. I made two made two ontime payments on $190.75 and $191.00 and then sent a payment in November of $6000. My next payment was due Dec. 21 0f (according to my bill) 190.75. Payments go directly to a lock box at US Bank and are processed immediately, we have no way to stop them from processing an item once they receive it. This check was received by US Bank on 1/16/18 and subsequently returned on 1/19/18. Customer's account had been paid in full on 1/15/18 when the payment for 190.75 was received; that payment was placed in suspense and was earmarked to be refunded once the check cleared. Their online payment portal has been down for over a month so I can not set up a recurring payment from my bank account. I have to call and schedule the payment every month! If I miss the payment I pay late fees and they will not allow me to set up auto pay via phone.

This company is surreal. They charged me 15 per day for interest rate on a 10,660.00 finance charge when the finance charge was supposed to be included. $15 times 30 days is $450 a month. That is a lot of money per day. At the end of the day, I was suppose to pay 10,887.00 with financing, and the option to pay it off in a year without finance charge. So much for that. So we drained our savings and end up pay almost 11k to get rid of them fast, including $11 for them to take the payment because their web site was not working... read more

The terms of her contract which she executed was for a 10 year loan @ 7.99% interest and Ms. ******* was provided a copy of the contract at the time it was executed.
