Horrible customer service in *****, *******. My 73 year old mother has been complaining about Truist since the merger. When I finally had the time to assist her with her account, we experienced rude service. The so called banker referred to my 73 year old mother as a girl. This is very disrespectful and condescending, especially in the south. Furthermore, we were told that we could not be assisted because the bank was about to close. Was with bb&t for many years with hardly no problem,,since truist has taken them over all it has been is problems..was supposed to have money sent to me via zelle over the weekend of course it's not working,,now Monday morning 7/18/22 called both the bank and zelle and all they can do is blame each other,I have automatic drafts that's going to be taken out my checking account sure il be getting a bunch of over draft fees cause I can't get money placed into my account cause again zelle isn't working congratulations looks like... read more

I feel like this company needs to work closely with their contractors to ensure the work/agreements are satisfied and complete according to the contracts signed between the customer and contractor. I signed a contract with Borrell Construction LLC dba HomeOwner Funding on May 12, 2022 to have my back door sealed and 12 windows replaced in my multifamily home. Literally the worst security ever I had somebody deposit a check into their account and it blocked my account but didnt tell me and let me deposit my money in their and I needed to pay bills and it wont let me transfer or zelle any of it this is week 2 of trying to sort it out and Ive spent a total of 10 hours either on the phone or trying to go to a local branch for them to say call customer service Im definitely going with any other bank Ive never had this happened when it was suntrust

Worst Service from a Bank Ever. Charged me overdraft fees at 1am, and since I didn't wake up till after the bank opened, I'm stuck with the fees.

I have been a Suntrust client for many many years. Didn't have a problem with Truist coming along however, the wait time that Truist has is unbelievable. You now wait on the phones for hours which is uncalled for, you go into the branch the lines are long because there's no staff. I have literally walked out twice because I didn't have the time to wait. The customer service aspect NEEDS IMPROVING. I got approved for financing thru John Moore, LLC using this finance company, but after the job was done (new water heater installed), I decided NOT to take the loan financing and pay in full! Service Finance went ahead and processed the loan without even disclosing my monthly amount/terms and took the first payment from my credit card without my knowledge or authorization AFTER I told their verification manager I declined the financing.
