Bad Website, it is a hardship to create an account online to pay. They did a bad job in my roof, they hire people with no experience, the first year they renew my roof at the first rain I had a leak in my house and did a bad repair because it is still leaking, I call the company to fix the problem and never came to fix it, I placed a cover in top of my roof to avoid leaking could damage the ceiling.
We were always paying money on the loan. If it was paid day or so late and even pending, they were calling both of us everyday to the point of harassment. If we told them directly I will pay on this date, they would still harass us. They always reporting everything to the credit files. As long as the loan was being paid it should not be reported. I never had such an issue before. We are not the only ones, they have very bad reviews and complaints of late payments and credit report damage. We finally paid if off months ago. N... read more

Service Finance is awful!!! They are rude & unprofessional. They use bullying & harassment techniques. They put a lien on our house without notifying us while we were making payments! BEWARE!!!!!

If you finance with this company be aware that they stop sending statements in the mail until a month before the promotional rate expires. I would never use them again.

Avoid at all cost. I got a loan from them. I was not supposed to pay interest fee for 1yr. Guess what, they made me pay it regardless what the contract said. They should be banned.

Watch out for these guys. They are not honest. They lead me to apply for a no interest 12 month installment loan. However, when the paperwork arrived and I was approved, the interest rate was 18%. Of course, I did not accept the loan, but it does show as a credit inquiry and lowered my credit score. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately, Ms. ******** may not have read her entire loan documents. She was approved for a promotional account of 12 months with deferred interest. This means as long as the amount borrowed was paid back within 12 months she would pay no interest. Service Finance Company is ***** and too good to be true! We were approved for 12 months no interest for a new roof. After the finance documents were signed; we waited and waited to hear from them on payments and due dates. Got nothing for 2 months; then got a notice we were late on our payments and lost out on the 12 months no interest deal. They don't send emails or electronic bills or reminders or make phone calls.
