During my refinance of my home we put a loan from this company into the mortgage and because of mismanagement of my information on their end it cost me 200 dollars. Customer service failed to help as well when I have emails showing what the problem was from them.
So very rude! Trying to get payoff for a loan in my husbands name who happens to be very ill and unable to get to the phone. Do you not realize there is a pandemic going on and some people are not physically able to use the phone. I was not asking for personal information just a payoff amount so we can get it paid off and be done with this. Thank you for being understanding during COVID. Will never use this company again!
I don't really have any complaints on this business the only thing I don't really like is why they have a complaints division to which you can file complaint against the solar business that installs your panels. I say that because we have had problems with our solar panels installed by Solar Specialist and as of yet that company has not fixed the current problem were having. Rude, very, very unprofessional. Would not give her name when I asked who I was speaking to. When I asked what company she was with, she stated that she was with a personal service company. She called my number and asked for my husband, by name. I am on the loan, she could have spoken to me, but refused, repeatedly stating such things as, "Well, I'm glad you answered my question, finally, but I can't speak to you, we're a personal finance company". We have reviewed the recorded conversation and the account in question. The account is in the sole name of your spouse and you have never been authorized by him for access on the account. Our representative therefore could not share any information with you regrading the purpose of the call. Additionally, the review showed the representative to be professional and courteous throughout the call.
I have payments set up to pull out of my account every two weeks and they add up to more than my minimum monthly payment (monthly payment is $143.39 and I pay $85 every two weeks which is $170 per month), but they payments are not applied correctly and so they are saying I owe $700 that is "past due" even though I am paying off the loan faster than I would have if I had just made the regular payment. Have operated the way they said they would. They send me a bill; I pay it. No complaints.
I will never deal with this company again. I originally signed up for a 5 year loan for my HVAC unit that I purchased at a 0% APR rate. I had no problems for a couple of years and then their system started taking the funds out of my account on the wrong dates resulting in late payments. I took the extra time to make sure that my payment was all set prior to a vacation to be taken out a specific date that aligned with my payday. This company deliberately delays sending out statements/bills so customers who are on interest free loan payments will be late. Thus they can charge a late fee. This is a deceptive practice & I feel borders on being illegal. There is absolutely no reason this company should have a A+ BBB rating. They have been called multiple times by the Jon Wayne A/C about this not only from my complaint but other of their customers. ****** This company is crooked. They installed 4 windows and their work was shoddy at best. The installers left me with a awful mess to clean up. They left a pile of debris all over my living room and kitchen when they were done and just left it there. On top of that it took them more than 1 day to install the windows.
