Unwilling to help resolve problems with new HVAC system. Along with price vs. Price disclosure still having issues with a 16k plus on a new system. The missing billing notification dark practice is real. I unfortunately got strapped with this service through an experience with a shady contractor called Sonny Builders. Initially I had a 1 year deferred interest loan and for the first couple of months I was receiving email notifications and paying on time each time. Then on the 3rd month the notifications cease. If services rendered were not completed they still pay the contractor and **** you, their complaint department is a joke and listens to the contractor and not you.

Terrible experience so far. The ONE time I contacted customer **********************, when my account isn't even past due, they treated me like I was garbage scum and how DARE I call the company. I was advised to contact the company to verify a refund was being processed on my account by the Dealer - which, I did expecting a civil conversation. Dont be stupid and use this company like I have. As a new time homebuyer wanting to save cash for other home projects, I used this company through my HVAC contractor. They should NOT be in business. They should however be investigated and shut down. I think there are enough similar reviews written to understand why, so I will save the time explaining. With a FICO of 820 and low DTI, I would have preferred to use pay day loans over this company. I will be paying this loan off tomorrow to completely cut ties & will never do bu... read more

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2020. She was not paying her bills. She was 38 days late and they put a line on her house to which we never saw anything about. Nothing on the account about it. The family has taken over her bills and has been on time ever since. Now they won't let us sell the house unless paid in full which is a ****** payment. Very poor communication and extremely harsh penalty on a senior who should never have been sold this product to begin with!!

During the last month since 04/22/2022 Service Finance Company, LLC has twice now telling me that I have missed two payments. One on 04/22 and now today, of which I have financial bank records that show otherwise. Each time that Service Finance Company, LLC has indicated that I missed a payment, I have made an extra payment. Unfortunately, I am currently stuck with this finance company for my Solar Panel financing.

On January 03, 2022 I had a Furnace installed in my grandmother’s home, I set up automatic monthly payments only to discover March 2022 payments were not being withdrawn. AVOID AT ALL COST. I am handling my brothers estate and we found this loan papers. We called and send email and asked that the bill be sent to new address as Successor Trustee will pay the bills. They did not do that rather sent us a "late bill" Dated the 15th and on that bill it stated it was not due until the 19th. Further more we did not receive the bill untill 5:15PM on the 19th.
