We asked for our favorite table several weeks ahead. We were 3 for diner, we all had amazing entries. The best was mussels in tomato basil sauce. Followed by diamond cut flounder and grilled to perfection tuna. Enjoy
Amazing service. Great atmosphere. The Ribeye steak was a little tough prepared medium-well.
We loved Ella's. My wife had the scallops, my daughter had the crab cakes and I had the surf and turf. All the meals were outstanding. The surf and turf came with a 12 oz ribeye and a high lobster tail. It was the best meal I have ever eaten. The waiter was fantastic and the view was outstanding. Can't wait to go back.
Great food, attentive and knowledgeable staff with an inviting atmosphere. The only downside was with the dinning area being exposed to the excessive heat of the day as wait staff entered and exited through a main dining room door to the deck, leaving the room temperature somewhat warm and humid.

We enjoyed brunch on Sunday. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food was great. The view is one of the bests on Hilton Head Island.
I ordered the grouper and had it blackened. When I ordered, I asked for no head, no tail, no skin, just a fillet. When it arrived, it had not been fully cooked. Our server returned it to the kitchen. She said it will be another five minutes, and I will get a new dish. After five minutes, I received the dish again this time it was with skin on. I returned the dish back to the kitchen. Food was good, waiter was nice but seemingly not well trained. Had a couple of pesky flys around our indoor table. Very expensive.
The diver scallops were underwhelming. They lacked flavor, in particular there wasn't any seasoning. For a $44 meal it was disappointing and not worth the price.
